増築した玄関へ向かうまでの時間にも、建築の体験が宿るよう計画しました。

軒下の落ち着いた陰影、視線に寄り添う植栽、奥へと導かれる抜け感。
外部空間でありながら、室内へと連続する静かな居場所を目指しています。

建築は“部屋”だけでなく、そこへ至る過程によって豊かさが決まると考えています。

Reconstructed the place that was once a garden as a new approach leading to the residence.

We designed it so that even the time spent walking toward the newly extended entrance would be imbued with the experience of the architecture.

The soothing shadow beneath the eaves, planting that supports your gaze, and a sense of openness guiding you inward.
While being an external space, it aims to be a quiet place seamlessly connected to the interior.

We believe that the richness of architecture is determined not only by the “rooms” themselves, but also by the process of reaching them.
